Good morning, Budget Explorers!
Thank you for joining in as we begin a new month of budgeting reflections here at Daily Bites: Choose How You Spend Your Life.
I love Daily Bites. I love coming up with the themes and reflections, putting the books together, hearing from fans… And I love actually using Daily Bites, when I have time. And that’s what’s inspired this month’s theme, because while I do love using Daily Bites, it isn’t always the best use of my time — and that’s ok.
“Which of these can I use today? What will be useful for me?”
Sometimes that will be one prompt, multiple prompts, previous prompts, or one of your own.
Today’s reflections are…
November 1: Based on the B.E. Budget Explorers tagline, the November reflection for the first was… How do you want to spend your life?
December 1: In December, our theme was to gradually prepare to create achievable budgetary New Year’s resolutions for ourselves, so the first reflection to prepare for that was… What are your expected income and expenses this month? Break it down by category.
January 1: Considering your New Year’s resolutions, plan your meals for the week.
February 1: Beginning a new journey is a success. Celebrate your success!
Brainstorm your priorities and pick your top 3 to complete today.
Remember, choose one or more or none of those reflections, and trust in your ability to decide what you need today.
I believe in you 🙂
Since this month has many reflections each day, there will be a pause to breathe after each main reflection, and then I will repeat the questions in a different order, so that you can think about them in more depth.
If you’ve already got the book or transcript in front of you, feel free to skip over this part, and please have a wonderful day!
